ITS released an updated MiWorkspace Service Level Expectations (SLE) document in January. The newest version incorporates feedback we’ve heard from campus, and provides more specifics (e.g. about mobile device support). A summary and an overview of the changes is also available.
We are committed to responding to your feedback and questions. If you have any questions or feedback about the SLE, please add it as a comment to our working copy. When the SLE is updated in the future, we will address the feedback we received in that document.
