This information was emailed on April 9, 2015, to all faculty and staff who use ImageNow on a MiWorkspace device.
On Wednesday, April 8, all ImageNow users received an email regarding an ImageNow database license update scheduled for April 11-12. The email indicated that you may need to take several action items if you are unable to log in after the update. Good news, you do not need to complete these steps on your MiWorkspace computer. The necessary changes will be applied by the MiWorkspace team on April 11.
Please restart your computer if you have any problems using ImageNow after the update. If you have any questions about the update, please contact the ITS Service Center.
