Research Technology Operations Manager

Nancy collaborates with ARC management, U-M research, and academic staff to develop research technology strategies. She engages with key stakeholders to establish performance indicators and proactively addresses supply needs. Nancy plays a crucial role in ARC leadership decisions by preparing business cases for review at the highest levels of university leadership.

Nancy actively collaborates with other departments to identify research technology needs. She assesses current services and explores potential expansions, working closely with ARC leads to determine their viability. She promotes transparency by ensuring a clear understanding of research initiatives and addressing any potential organizational impacts.

Outside of work, Nancy is passionate about mindfulness, yoga, and physical activity. She is an avid traveler who embraces new experiences, cultures, and perspectives.
