My name is Pratika Mohan, and I am a student intern in ITS Support Services, Performance Excellence and Reporting. I’m currently a senior at University of Michigan – Ann Arbor, studying Computer Science at the College of Engineering.
For my department project, I am creating a set of scorecards for the ITS Service Center Help Desk. Overall, these scorecards will serve as a reporting tool for the Help Desk to analyze agent performance.
As for my cohort project, my team and I are creating an AFS Migration Tool – it is a web tool that will allow recently graduated students to easily retrieve their AFS files to either their local computer or a U-M affiliated cloud service (i.e. Drive, M+Box).
My hobbies include playing tennis and reading books. After graduating from college, I hope to get an MBA at some point in my future.
