My name is Courtney Murphy and I am interning with the Human Resources, Communications, and Organizational Development department. As a communications major, my projects and tasks are quite different from my fellow interns.
My name is Piyush Goyal and I am an intern on the Strategy and Planning team. For my cohort project I helped create and develop this very webpage.
My name is Matt Dolan and I am an intern with Application and Information Services. The project I am working on with my cohort group is a fun augmented reality app for self-guided tours at U-M.
My name is Pratika Mohan and I am an intern for Support Services on the Performance Excellence and Reporting team. For my department project, I am creating a set of scorecards for the ITS Service Center Help Desk. Overall, these scorecards will serve as a reporting tool for the Help Desk to analyze agent performance.

I'm Tanya and I interned with the Communications team during the summer of 2016. Rather than having one department project, I helped the Communications team with a variety of different tasks.
I'm Jenny and I interned with the Teaching and Learning team during the summer of 2016. For my department project, I built an app for the Bicentennial Staff Celebration in 2017.
I'm Adilah and I interned with the Network Engineering team during the summer of 2016. For my department project, I helped the Network Engineering team build and program test devices.
I'm Jacob and I interned with the Information and Infrastructure Assurance team during the summer of 2016. I had three different, month-long department projects this summer to learn more about the field of information security.
I'm Alissa and I interned with the Mobile/Portal/Web team throughout the summer of 2016. For my department project, I helped with user experience improvements to the Michigan Mobile App.
I'm Katelyn and I interned with the Service Management team during the summer of 2016. For my department project, I assisted in operationalizing the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
I'm Adam and I interned in the Office of the CIO. For my department project, I worked with the bicentennial team throughout the summer of 2016.
I'm Dante and I interned with the Advanced Research Computing - Technology Services team during the summer of 2016. For my department project, I helped create new dashboards with a small team.
I'm Adam and I'm interning with the Virtualization and Cloud team during the summer of 2016. I work with the team to implement changes to U-M's cloud system.

My name is Kyle Cozad and I have been working with the Service Management Team at ITS over the past few months. I also worked with Zach, Courtney, and Piyush to develop this site for the Internship Program. I will be going on to complete the final year of my Master of Science in Information this fall at the U-M School of Information.
My name is Robert Dunne and I am an intern with support services. My cohort project I have been working on is a bit different than the others, because instead of creating something from the ground up Margaret and I got involved in a project that has already been well-established.
My name is Margaret Ehinger and I am interning with the Enterprise Architecture team. My cohort project involves enhancing UM-developed app ScheduleMe, which is an easy and convenient way for students to set up their classes.
My name is Alison Summerford and I am an intern with Application and Information Services (AIS). I graduated from Eastern Michigan University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education. After teaching for 4 years in Arizona I returned to Michigan and completed a Java certificate program at Washtenaw Community College.
My name is Sarah Breen and I am an intern with the Teaching and Learning team. My project this summer is to identify areas of opportunity to better support engaged learning across the University.
My name is Hassan Mahmood and I am interning with Identity and Access Management and am working on a project to improve the process that a person goes through if they have a cloud service or application that they would like to integrate with the University's login system.
My name is Zach Scott, and here at ITS I work within Teaching & Learning. My project involves the development of a new platform. This platform will combine geographic information systems, like Google Maps, and augmented reality software to reveal the social and historical richness of campus in new and exciting ways.
My name is Mike McGookey and I am interning with the Database Administration group here at ITS. I am working on a few different projects for my department. They include building a Google Site to house the team’s resources, editing and writing bash scripts for database maintenance, and researching a package management system for synchronizing database settings across servers.
