BusinessObjects Upgrade Project Timeline

On Sunday, October 16, 2022 BusinessObjects will be updated to the latest version (4.3). This upgrade will ensure that BusinessObjects remains fully functional, secure, and will continue to meet the needs of the university.

Service Interruption

The BusinessObjects System will be unavailable from 8 p.m. EST Saturday, October, 15 to 7 a.m. EST Sunday, October 16, while the system is being upgraded.

 

BusinessObjects Upgrade Project Timeline Description

  • Communications and Change Management: June through October
  • System Testing: May through August
  • Training Delivery and Office Hours: July through October
  • Prepare Production Environment: July through September (Go-live 10/16/2022)
  • Ongoing Production Support: Beginning in October (Stabilization)
