Top FAQs about changes to your Microsoft Office 365 login

U-M Weblogin for Office 365 will be enabled on December 4, 2017. If you have a Microsoft Office 365 Education Suite account registered with your U-M ( email address, your login information will change from your self-directed password to your U-M Weblogin credentials. Weblogin is U-M’s login system that is integrated with your uniqname and your UMICH (Level-1 or Kerberos) password. 

This change will impact faculty, students, and staff with a Microsoft Office 365 Education Suite account on all U-M campuses.

ISDN lines to be discontinued

ITS is working with individual units on campus to discontinue the ISDN line service. Data show that none of the 47 ISDN lines in existence are in use. Traditionally, ISDN lines were used for teleconferencing. In lieu of ISDN lines, we believe each unit is likely using BlueJeans or a similar service. If the unit must retain their ISDN line(s) for a unique reason, they may work with an ITS Infrastructure Project Manager to devise a solution.
