Working through my role in different stages of a project with my team, and seeing the impact.

What assumptions did you have coming into the internship program?
Coming into my first year I assumed I would be given a project no-one else wanted to do and given zero support to accomplish it. My experience then, and so far this year, has been the opposite. I'm on projects my team considers important but lacks resources to accomplish without another member, and they help every way they can to help me learn and be successful.
