Zhe (James) Yang is a first year graduate student at UM-Ann Arbor, recently graduating from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Zhe worked closely with improving the Michigan App, which is available to everyone in the UM-Ann Arbor Community. Zhe gained technical skills in Python Flask, Python Django, Java Spring, Docker, Kubernetes and Openshift. Through project work, Zhe became more familiar with web application development and increased proficiency in writing unit tests and load tests. During free time, Zhe can often be found playing badminton, video games, and jogging.
