The ITS Infrastructure Online Service Center (OSC) allows authorized users to place orders and view reports for ITS Infrastructure products and services.
The Online Service Center is designed for routine orders (under 10 items) such as:
- Adding Services
- Modifying Services
- Cancelling Services
- Removing Telephone Features
- Disconnecting Telephone Lines
- Moving a Telephone Line to a Different Location
Large or complex orders (greater than 10 items) require units to work with the ITS Infrastructure Project Manager for that unit.
