Business Services supports every campus unit to handle information technology installations for major construction and renovation projects, in addition to ongoing technology changes for smaller projects, equipment upgrades, maintenance, and repair. Read more about what we do.
- Project Managers
Project Managers are assigned to each U-M school, college, vice presidential area, and administrative unit. They will assist you throughout the process and stay with you afterward on an ongoing basis for repair and other support needs.
- Service Request System (SRS)
The Service Request System (SRS) allows authorized users to place smaller orders and access reports & reconciliation tools for ITS Infrastructure products and services.
- Rates & Charges
Services are billed annually, monthly, or by product. Our billing team can assist with services billed through the Service Request System (SRS).
ITS Infrastructure coordinates maintenance and repairs for our telephone, networks, television, video services, and customer-owned equipment covered under Service Agreements through the Network Operations Center.
