• If you have any changes to ULs within your department, please contact the ITS Service Center and provide the following information:
  • Department numbers
  • uniqnames for old and new ULs
  • system(s)
  • changes needed, and
  • effective date. See process to change ULs. 
• All new ULs are required to take an eLearning course in My LINC: ULE101 Unit Liaison Access Responsibilities. It includes information about reviewing OARS requests and the Access Validation report.
