The ITS-supported SAP BusinessObjects reporting platform has been successfully upgraded to version 4.3 SP2 from the previous version. The upgrade that happened over the weekend was tested in real-time by a group of volunteers. The project team appreciates the time and effort extended by all volunteers who have consistently given us feedback from being in the sandbox to validating the upgrade process was successful.

What has changed?
The upgrade features improved architecture, updated technology, and provides a secure and better platform along with enhanced look and feel of the system interface.
Action needed
Before you login to the upgraded interface, we recommend you clear your browser cache; this will prevent errors from occurring. If you experience errors and have not cleared your cache, please do so before contacting the ITS Service Center.
