9:20–9:50 — Identity Governance Tool. Update and awareness of the new Identity Governance Tool, plus information about the first 3 early adopters. Presenters: DePriest Dockins, Aimee Lahann, ITS and Zac Broughman, SSC.
9:50–10:05 — Wire Transfers (Financials ULs) - Demonstration and explanation of the new Wire/Draft process. Presenter: Gladys Sprunk, ITS.
10:05–10:10 — SUB Changes (Financials ULs) - Description of updates to Service Unit Billing (SUB) data load and list of changes that may affect reporting. Presenter: Jackie Creager, ITS.
