June 1–2: M-Pathways outage affects HR transactions

The M-Pathways Student Administration system is scheduled to be offline beginning Saturday, June 1, at 8 a.m. through Sunday, June 2, at 7:30 a.m. for a PeopleTools upgrade. This outage also impacts M-Pathways Human Resource Management System (HRMS).

We recommend you avoid the following transactions during the outage (processes may be delayed, unavailable, or cause errors):

  • Personnel Action Requests (PAR)
  • Campus Personal Information
  • New Hire Validation
  • Student Temporary Processing
  • Workforce Administration Dashboard

Timekeepers should not be affected by the outage.

We anticipate no further impacts to M-Pathways users after the Student Administration upgrade. A similar upgrade is scheduled for HRMS the weekend of July 20. A communication with outages and impacts will come in July with details.
