To obtain access to the Donor & Alumni Relationship Tool (DART) system:
-
A Unit Manager/Supervisor or Development Unit Liaison (i.e., staff appointed by deans and directors to represent a specific school, college or unit for support for the university’s central administrative systems) should submit the DART access request on your behalf via the Online Access Request System (OARS).
To learn who the Development Unit Liaison from your organization is, please see Unit Liaisons by Unit and by System.
-
Once an access request has been approved, you will receive an email to inform you of applicable training that needs to be completed, depending on the system role that was approved. Training is required to access DART.
Users can register and begin training courses as soon as they receive the email(s). The training and documentation is primarily managed and delivered via My Learning Information System (My LINC), which is the ITS Learning Management System
-
Access to DART requires two-factor authentication.
-
To access DART away from a campus network, i.e. working from home or on a business trip, you must use a VPN connection.
