BlueJeans usage continues to drop as the May 1 retirement date approaches. January statistics were down significantly, as expected, because of the late start of winter term classes and discontinuation of the BlueJeans integration in Canvas on January 12. Statistics for February are hard to predict; there will be more class days in February than in January, but the Canvas change should also continue to bring a significant reduction in usage.
BlueJeans users are reminded to download recordings before May 1. If you use the Remote Office Hours Queue (ROHQ), switch to Zoom before Feb. 23.

Recent Project Decisions & Accomplishments
- On January 12, ended the BlueJeans integration in Canvas. Received reports of issues from two professors and worked with them to assist in transition to Zoom in Canvas.
- Updated relevant web pages to reflect Canvas change.
- Provided Unit IT leaders with January BlueJeans data.
- Continued communicating with users still using BlueJeans.

- BlueJeans will be removed from Remote Office Hours Queue on Feb. 23.
