Unit IT leadership continue to receive user data files so unit IT teams can assist with retirement activities. Targeted communications to active BlueJeans users continue monthly. Outreach to affected faculty and instructors re: the Jan. 12 end of BlueJeans integrations with Canvas was completed. - Confirmed ITS leadership decision to remove BlueJeans / Canvas integration prior to Winter 2021.
- Provided Unit IT leaders a list of faculty/instructors actively using BlueJeans.
- Communicated about removal of Canvas integrations with faculty/instructors actively using BlueJeans.
- Created a Transitioning to Zoom in Canvas page on the BlueJeans Retirement site.
- Replied to eight messages from faculty re: concerns / inquiries about retirement.
- Met with Michigan Medicine IT leaders to align around BlueJeans Retirement planning & support.
- Met with LSA IT leaders to align around BlueJeans Retirement planning & support.
- Posted about the end of BlueJeans integrations with Canvas in Michigan IT News and placed notifications on the Canvas web portal, Wolverine Access, and the ITS News page.
