If your phone number is being transitioned to a single-line Zoom Phone and you have been assigned by your unit to receive a project-funded deskset, you will receive a Poly VVX 250 deskset.

Project-Funded Headsets
If your phone number is being transitioned to Zoom Phone and you are not receiving a replacement deskset, you are eligible to receive a project-funded headset to use with your university-provided computer.

As a reminder: If you have an audio solution you currently use to participate in Zoom meetings, that solution may continue to serve your needs as you begin using Zoom Phone. You do not need to receive one of these headsets in order to use Zoom Phone.
Project-Funded Replacement Conference Phones
If your department has a conference phone that is being transitioned to Zoom Phone, the project will provide a similar replacement device. Departments provide their current model to ITS during the upgrade process for this purpose. In many cases, the replacement is the Yealink CP965.
