Voice mailboxes that have not been accessed for more than 90 days will be placed in a dormant status. The owner (and the unit contact on the original voice mailbox request) of the mailbox will be emailed by ITS Infrastructure. We will ask whether the mailbox should be retained or deleted, and ask that they retrieve any needed messages if they wish to delete the box.
If we do not hear from the owner or unit contact within 30 days, the mailbox will be deleted and unit monthly charges will be suspended.
