This policy applies to purchases made from ITS Infrastructure.
All returns must be:
- Made within 30 days of the original delivery/pickup date in order to be eligible for a credit. Note: Returns after 30 days should be directed to the manufacturer. The expection is customers with the monthly maintenance fee who can contact the Repair goup.
- Accompanied by a copy of the Service Request System Temporary Order Number and/or copy of the order receipt.
- In original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.
