ITS and Google only support the official apps offered by Google for use with U-M Google accounts. ITS and Google do not support third-party apps.
Add-ons and Apps
If you have found an add-on or third party app that you think would benefit campus, you can suggest it for consideration. Several have already been suggested and are open for your vote. The Collaboration Services team works together with the Identify and Access Management team to determine what add-ons and apps to enable on the UMICH domain.
Apps Approved (Whitelisted) for Use with U-M Google
AwesomeTable lets you display the content of a Google Sheet into various types of views: From a simple table to people directories, Gantt chart views, Google Maps, card views… There are many possibilities to suit your needs. With it, data in Sheets are shown in a more functional way and can be shared to anybody. Log into AwesomeTable with your U-M Google account.
Form Publisher is a Chrome add on that turns Google Form submissions into Docs, Sheets, Slides & PDF. Share or route them automatically for approvals & sign-off.
Trello is a visual collaboration tool that gives teams a shared perspective on any project. Trello boards create a shared space for teams to organize, collaborate, and share information to accomplish their goals in a flexible way. Trello integrates with Drive, Sheets, Slides, Chrome, Calendar, GMail, and Google Apps.
Yet Another Mail Merge
Yet Another Mail Merge improves email quality with custom content for each entry on your mailing list. Create email campaigns with Gmail and Google Sheets, and then personalize and track each email sent. Yet Another Mail Merge is available from the Add-ons menu in Google Sheets.
