Amazon Connect Contact Center

IAM Sponsor System Upgrade

The IAM Sponsor System must be upgraded to address critical issues and move it off of using Cosign by June 2023. It has been determined that the most effective way to do this is to rewrite the system in Python to mitigate known vulnerabilities in current Java code.

ITS Digital Accessibility Strategic Project: Phase 1

Project Phase 1 is to create the foundation to support university-wide digital accessibility maturity by serving as a center of excellence, and lead by integrating accessibility and disability inclusion throughout ITS procedures and culture.

ITS Service Assessments Process Implementation Project

An ITS Service Assessment process will provide ITS with key data points to proactively address low customer satisfaction, guard against risks and added cost to the university with units implementing their own alternative solutions, and inform the overall future strategy of ITS services including plans for financial impacts.

Maize Pages Website Replacement
