Application Question Standardization

As data volumes expand and costs do not decrease for performance storage ARC looks to encourage the user of our archive by making data visible and hopefully making the easier to use.
To this end, this project will define and test new data storage policies via a series of pilots involving heavy data users before implementing the policies for the larger campus community.
