Getting Started With the IT Service Provider Toolkit

The IT Service Provider Toolkit is available to units using MiWorkspace. For new units coming into MiWorkspace, ITS consults with unit IT during the MiWorkspace pre-discovery process. Specific information about configuring the toolkit for the unit will be gathered during this time. Testing, hands-on training and on-site post-launch support are included.

Access Requests and Authorizations

Special access is required for the IT Service Provider Toolkit:

  • As part of the initial MiWorkspace deployment, agreed upon access will be granted prior to deployment. 
  • Subsequent to launch, units can submit access requests directly into the toolkit.
