The IT Service Provider Toolkit is available to units using MiWorkspace. For new units coming into MiWorkspace, ITS consults with unit IT during the MiWorkspace pre-discovery process. Specific information about configuring the toolkit for the unit will be gathered during this time. Testing, hands-on training and on-site post-launch support are included.

Access Requests and Authorizations
Special access is required for the IT Service Provider Toolkit:
- As part of the initial MiWorkspace deployment, agreed upon access will be granted prior to deployment.
- Subsequent to launch, units can submit access requests directly into the toolkit.
