Computer Showcase closes at 3 p.m. December 24 and reopens at 8 a.m. January 2. The Tech Repair and consulting services follow the Computer Showcase schedule for both locations. Due to the Holiday shut down, repairs checked in after 12/17 may not be returned until after the holiday break.; consultants will be in for pick-ups during scheduled holiday store hours. The ITS Comm Customer Service Center closes at 3 p.m. December 24 and reopens at 8 a.m. January 5. Report emergency voice, data or video repair requests to 734-647-8888 by selecting the emergency option. An operator will take your information to dispatch technicians. For non-emergency requests, call 734-647-8888, select the non-emergency option and leave a message. Message requests are handled beginning January 5. Any changes to this schedule will be posted on the Networking & Telecommunications website.
