My name is Courtney Murphy and I am interning with the Human Resources, Communications, and Organizational Development department. As a communications major, my projects and tasks are quite different from my fellow interns.

For my department project, I am creating a set of scorecards for the ITS Service Center Help Desk. Overall, these scorecards will serve as a reporting tool for the Help Desk to analyze agent performance.
