Online Service Center

The ITS Infrastructure Online Service Center (OSC) allows authorized users to place orders and view reports for ITS Infrastructure products and services.

Common Tasks

The Online Service Center is designed for routine orders (under 10 items) such as:

  • Adding Services
  • Modifying Services
  • Cancelling Services
  • Removing Telephone Features
  • Disconnecting Telephone Lines
  • Moving a Telephone Line to a Different Location

Large or complex orders (greater than 10 items) require units to work with the ITS Infrastructure Project Manager for that unit.

OSC Access

To request Online Service Center access, your Department ID Manager must provide authorization to the Billing Group. For changes to your Department ID Manager, use the Online Access Request Service (OARS). For information about what you are authorized to do, and who controls privileges for your unit, click the View My System Privileges link on the Main Menu.
