You can pick up equipment and accessories at ITS or request to have it delivered to your unit. Submit orders through the Service Request System.
Pick Up (No Charge)
You can pick up equipment from ITS’ Arbor Lakes facility at 4251 Plymouth Road, Ann Arbor, MI 48105.
- You will be notified within a business day when the equipment is available for pick up.
- Pick-ups occur at the loading dock located on the north side of Building 2 between 9–11 a.m. or noon–2 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Delivery (No Charge)
Your equipment can be delivered without charge to the main entrance or loading dock for your building.
- You will be notified within a business day when the equipment will be delivered.
- In-stock equipment will be delivered within 1–2 business days.
- Deliveries are made between 9–11 a.m. or noon–2 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Delivery (Chargeable)
An additional delivery charge of $20.00 per building applies for those needing special delivery arrangements.
- You will be notified within a business day when the equipment will be delivered.
- In-stock equipment will be delivered within 1–2 business days.
- Deliveries are made between 9–11 a.m. or noon–2 p.m., Monday through Friday.
- Items not in stock or large quantity deliveries may require special coordination.
- Canceled orders are subject to restocking fees.
