Michigan Medicine: Sign requests must go through a governing board before a sign is approved for a Michigan Medicine unit. Michigan Medicine units should initiate a new service request by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org. From there, HITS will contact ITS to put in the request.
NCRC Occupants: Digital sign requests by NCRC Occupants for public spaces at NCRC need to go through a facilities coordination and approval process. NCRC occupants should initiate a new service request by contacting email@example.com.
- Staffed service hours for consultations and support are M–F 8 a.m.–5 p.m.
- The remaining service components (e.g., application software, mainstream storage, frequently used utilities and tools) are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week with the exception of occasional planned outages. Whenever possible, maintenance is done so as to avoid outages.
- Planned daily maintenance windows for the Content Player systems are: Daily 2 a.m.–5 a.m.
