Voice mailbox owners are notified when their mailbox nears or exceeds the 50MB storage limit. Owners can use their phone or access the Outlook Web App to delete messages and missed calls to free up space in the mailbox.
If the owner has not deleted messages within 30 days, the mailbox will be deleted and unit monthly charges will be suspended. If the owner or a unit contact request the the voice mailbox is rebuilt after removal, the units department ID manager will need to submit a request to install a new voice mailbox. One-time charges will apply.
