Conference Calls

University Operators can set up a BlueJeans conference call for up to 100 participants for any time of the day or week. All participants dial or sign into these calls from a telephone, computer, tablet, smartphone, or videoconferencing room system.

University of Michigan BlueJeans accounts and video conferencing services are available to all faculty, staff, students, and affiliates on the Ann Arbor, Dearborn, and Flint campuses, including Michigan Medicine, that have opted into the campus contract. Non-university participants can attend BlueJeans meetings without a university account.

Note: ITS provides some legacy conference lines to individual units on the Ann Arbor, Dearborn, or Flint campuses. If you have questions about an existing conference line, please contact 734-763-2000 or itcom.csr@umich.edu

IMPORTANT: Operator assistance will no longer be available as of July 1, 2017. Conference calls are not going away, but now we ask that you set them up yourself. Operators have been using BlueJeans, U-M’s preferred conferencing service, to schedule your calls. An account is needed to schedule and moderate BlueJeans meetings, but all participants can join without an account. U-M BlueJeans accounts are available to all U-M faculty, staff, students, and sponsored affiliates on the Ann Arbor, Dearborn, and Flint campuses, including Michigan Medicine, that have opted into the campus contract.
