Return Policy

This policy applies to purchases made from ITS Infrastructure.

All returns must be:

  • Made within 30 days of the original delivery/pickup date in order to be eligible for a credit. Note: Returns after 30 days should be directed to the manufacturer. The expection is customers with the monthly maintenance fee who can contact the Repair goup. 
  • Accompanied by a copy of the Online Service Center Temporary Order Number and/or copy of the order receipt. 
  • In original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.
